How did you get your started as a personal trainer?
A: To improve my physique I took a few classes on nutrition, human anatomy and psychology. From that moment on everyone wanted to know, “what have you done with your body?”

Where did the name Genetics come from?
A: First thing, my name sounds like Genetics…Geno. Secondly, we all have genetics good or bad. What I pride myself on is being able to give you a better appearance if your genetics are not the greatest.

Q: What is the secret to your 8-pack abs?
A: It really isn’t a secret, I workout the lower abs mostly everyday to decrease the fat in that stubborn area.

Q: My lowers abs are a continual problem, do you have a solution?
A: Continue to do leg raises everyday, and hold your stomach in at all time. Train your abs until it feels like someone is pushing it in. In addition, I have designed a patented piece of equipment called the Abster, which specifically targets your lower abs. It really works miracles.

Q: What exactly is Muscle Focus Training?
A: When someone has vision they tend to reach their goals quicker. Like a car with a navigation system. Training without a vision is like driving without a destination.

Q: How often should I exercise?
A: Three to five days per week is normally what I recommend, depending on your body type and goals.

A: If you follow my training regiment from A to B, down to the way of eating and dedicate 110%, you’ll see true results in 3-5 months.

Q: I skip breakfast as a part of my diet. Is this the right thing to do?
A: No its not, breakfast is like gas to a car. It’s a must. Would you push your car to work with no gas? If not, don’t do the same t yourself.

Q: How many meals should I be eating a day?
A: Every 2 -3 hours have something, anything that’s healthy. This will speed your metabolism to cause greater fat lost.

Q: Is it true that I should be drinking a gallon of water a day?
A: You should be having 8-10 glass per day. But make sure you stay away from salts and sodium. If not, you’ll be retaining all the water you consumed.
